"They quoted me one price and then after the job came back and said we can’t give it to you for our quoted price it’s gonna be $150 more. But had already done the work and had not said that it was going to be more. Would have been nice to of had a phone call. Then charged me $80 for antifreeze. Like I know you got a mark up some things but $60 over markup. Come on I would’ve brought my own. The online part cost was 105; but they charged me $313 and didn’t even replace my cracked fan."

I called 2 other shops that wouldn't help me due to distance and that it was close to "closing time". One of the shops suggested I call TNT for help. They came and picked me and my car up, replaced my dead battery and got me back on the road in no time. Even though it was closing time. They were genuinely helpful and cared about taking care of the customer."
