"I had recently bought some top loaders from here and let me tell you. NEVER buy top loaders or card sleeves from gamestop (wish I knew sooner). They were in terrible condition, so I decided to upgrade to the ultra pro brand. Anyway I went and tried to get my return/refund for these and was told that the item was considered a “collectible item” and wasn’t able to receive my refund. To call two thin pieces of poorly made plastic a “collectible” was outright absurd. I asked them cancel my membership and am leaving a one star. I recommend the Staunton location rather than this one."

"I recently visited the GameStop in Waynesboro, Virginia, with my daughter, and unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. The store manager seemed inattentive to our needs and instead appeared to be following us around as we browsed the shelves. It felt as though he was constantly rearranging items right behind us, not even waiting for us to move to a different section. The whole situation made us feel extremely uncomfortable, almost as if we were being watched because he suspected us of stealing or something along those lines. We were simply there to browse and possibly make a purchase, but this strange behavior really put a damper on our experience. In the end, we left the store without making any purchases and with a sour taste in our mouths. It's truly disappointing because we have enjoyed shopping at other GameStop locations in the past. Based on this experience, I can only give the Waynesboro GameStop a 2-star rating, and I sincerely hope they address the issue and improve their customer service in the future."
