"Ordered washer and dryer that's stackable and ventless. Took weeks for delivery, no problem. They delivered, forgot to hook up the extra hose for the dryer and then threw away the piece. Couldn't get a new washer dryer for 4 weeks. So it's been 6 weeks total. Today they come to deliver, drop the washer. So we're out another week or so depending. Worst experience I've had with any business ever. Been without a perfectly working washer and dryer that they took out for what will be 2 months."

"Huge and seemingly endless products. No worries about ample parking or loading purchases into the vehicle. We've been there multiple times, and they always appear to be fully staffed. However, getting assistance is not always easy, but when you do, they are friendly and knowledgeable."
