"Husband and I walk in the store. My husband spoke to the guy. He spoke back THE END. NO anything I can help you with, something I help you look for. Nothing! No assistance what so ever. Other customers came in , he didn't bother to greet or offer assistance either. Maybe this is standard operations. Idk I dont shop in LIDS. My husband does."

"Great customer service, The manager AJ/Aulbrey was very helpful. If I ever go bald I plan on buying every hat in the store from Aulbrey. I highly recommend buying all your hat needs from this location, especially if you’re suffering from thinning hair or a receding hairline. You can easily cover up your insecurities with stylish head wear from L.I.D.S ( Letting Insecurities Die Stylishly)."

"Good selection of hats, but the service and the system they use for you to purchase the items is mostly done off of a cellphone. If one person is in front of you, expect to wait ten minutes for them to finally finish checking them out. I had to go to chic fila to get change because they couldn't break it and then when coming back, the employee still had to walk over to two other stores to find change because was chic fila gave me still wasn't the proper bills he needed. I had to come back and return the hat I bought (as a gift) because it did not fit and again was in the store for 20-30 mins trying to exchange the hat but was given hesitation due to the fact I did not have a receipt.... Of course I didn't, I barely left with a bag the first time, from all the confusion on trying to find change for a $30.00 hat. If you don't have anything to do and need to kill some time. Buy a Lid here"

"It’s Friday evening, we stopped by and we see the sign so we go to another store. 15 minutes had passed we come back and still gate closed. We sat outside of the store on the bench waiting for the associate to come back and nothing. My son was looking for something in particular so we waited 30 min and no one showed up. Disappointing"
