I had a jacket zipper repaired that two other alterations businesses would not do due to an odd placement of a snap and they quoted the repair to be almost as much as the jacket cost. I brought it in to Hisami’s and the jacket was repaired quickly, very affordable, and it looks just like it did when it was new. I will definitely be returning!"

I took the coat to a different tailor in town and they 1. told me the coat could not be taken in as much as I wanted and 2. quoted me more than twice the price I paid at Hisami's.
