"Went in to get a small replacement bulb for my dash, and the incompetent clerk lost the colored cap that I had for it because he was too busy huffing on a vape. He was totally unconcerned about it. Then he had the nerve to try to sell me another one (they didn't even have the part) when he was the reason I didn't have it any more. You don't get to try and profit off of your own stupidity and incompetence, that's not how this works. I'm not going back. Edit: "We hope you would be willing to shop at one of our Advance Auto Parts locations moving forward." No, I would not be. You're not concerned your clerk screwed me over, you're only concerned that you're going to lose future revenue. The nerve you have. What a garbage company."
