"From a buying only perspective it was great! Clean, fair prices, good variety. Only complaint was there were definitely a noticeable # of incorrectly tagged items, so just make sure to double check the size and gender before impulse buying!"
"So far, I have the best experience here. I’ve bought and sold clothes in the Manassas and Fredericksburg location. The associates are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. I’m usually able sell the majority of my clothes and shoes here and they don’t usually have a cut off of when you show up to sell. They have about 3 rows of men’s clothes and the rest are women’s. Plenty of men’s shoes here and good quality and name brands. Prices do seem a little on the high side, probably due to being in Fairfax County."
"Very friendly staff, they are all awesome and so stylish. One employee even remembered me from the last event and let me know about the next one! (It feels good to be remembered) The clothes are so cute, the employees have great taste. My only complaint would be that way too much Shein is on the racks. I say no to fast fashion that’s why I shop second hand. Plus with how they are priced it would be cheaper for me to just buy it on shein itself. But that doesn’t take away to how amazing of a store it is. The owner is so kind as well and not only owns this location but the Manassas one as well. I frequent both! By the way, make sure to bring cash and sign up for their rewards program."
"They have friendly and patient staff. They do let you know the reason(s) why or why not they decide to purchase anything from your buy. They also have nice presentations and a fairly clean store with a pretty good selection of clothing, shoes and accessories. Some of their merchandise are priced a little high, in my opinion, especially the activewear, but they do have some cute things. They are quite busy and always have a lot of people coming in and out. The only problem I have is my missing shoe. From the merchandise they didn’t want to buy from me, one of the pairs of shoes I have is missing one of the pair. I’m upset about this because I can’t donate a perfectly good pair of shoes because one is missing. I would highly suggest you check your bags/bins before leaving the store and not rely on the staff to have everything back in your bag/bin, especially if they are busy."
"This store has the best events ever (especially the athletic event.) All their clothes are in great condition (some even new with tags if you’re lucky) Most thrift stores seem to be a hit or miss every time I go, but Plato’s closet seems to always be a hit! Favorite all time store, great for all seasons!"
