"I guess I’ll be the one decent review, lol? I was nervous to come in here because of the reviews, and while the cashiers could have been more welcoming, they did offer me help without me needing to ask. They were nice, not overly outgoing and friendly, but also not rude. Loooove the coffee!"

"Great coffee but that's it. This is an unfortunate last-resort store in NoVA that hires the most vapid and disinterested cashiers. You'll be greeted with a mumbled, "phone number", and no eye contact. Then you'll proceed to receive no helpful suggestions and zero engaging conversation. You may or may not receive all items you paid for and if you pause to check through the bag to verify your order, you'll be rudely shooed along."

"NEVER GOING BACK! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had a Nespresso machine for 5 over years and usually get my pods online. I went to the store today (1/7/24) and the staff were horrible. I was clearly discriminated against because of my skin tone. The staff acted like they did not want to help me and looked me up and down like I couldn't afford the pods. Don't waste your time, just order online."

"I'm disappointed with my recent experience. I was eager to explore new coffee flavors and types, but the employee seemed uninterested in helping. Despite asking for recommendations, I was repeatedly told there was nothing similar to what I wanted. I just bought my two regular sleeves and left. I guess they don’t need my business. Will avoid this store from now on."

"If you like strong good coffee and don't have the time to grind your own coffee, Nespresso can be a plan B. Their coffee is so rich in flavor and it doesn't taste so watered down. I just wish they'd give you a sample before buying a whole set. They do have samples, but just the ones that they're promoting. This place is located on the 2nd floor."
