"Poor basic communication skills. Unfriendly staff unfortunately. I also had to refund 3 saffron cakes because they didn’t come with sauce or saffron milk to pour on it as it should be!! As a Saudi, I of course will never stop by ever because nothing here really represents the Saudi spirit. Zero service and atmosphere."

"Chai Karak was really good, latte pistacio was ok. Nice ambience. Customers are mainly young people but still relatively quiet. Once I entered the place I started sneezing, and having runny nose the whole time and it got better after I left. Not sure why, bec smoking is not allowed over there, but probably not going to this place again."

"Been going to this place for a lot of time, my wife even buys extra Pistachio coffee for entire week so she just come every week since its 1 1/2 hour away from our house but she really likes it here thats why she comes back. Only thing we always having problem is the staff here, they are very inconsistent on their serving o pump of the pistachio sauce my wife needs to argue that the sauce she gets its not the same as last time she here . Different server different way of serving and try to explain with a different rules of serving from last time we talk to someone. Dont want to rate 1 but today it makes me so mad this barista. Theres no line or something she just refilling cups and lids i asked for a small ice cause my coffee is too hot she told me i need to wait. Im ok with that but man she let me wait and i can see in front of me 4 employee doing same thing 1 task. Putting cups and lids. Its not hard to grab a cup and give couple Seconds to get that. I gave up on waiting and left. I will never coming back to this place and I will encourage my wife to stop coming too. Bad workers doesnt care for loyal customers"

"Didn't try anything beside the coffee and as this is main product ! The Saudi coffee which I had and it was a disappointment for me ! It had the colour but not the taste! In spite that it's 5$ a coffee gland the large for 6$! Will back sometime in the future to try something else ! But from the coffee type I am not encouraged to do so! The design and the place look nice ! But the coffee was not."
