"Ordered online for pickup. Upon arrival, my boyfriend was told our order didn't print. I sent him screenshots of our order. After 20 minutes or so, he ended up calling me to confirm my ice cream flavor, even though details of the order were on the pic I sent. When he got home, he told me five other people walked in after him with missing orders too. He said they upsized our orders, but I'm not 100% sure that's the case. I'm am quite sure, however, that they messed up my order. It didn't have any toppings or anything mixed in...just plain ice cream. Now cookie dough, brownies, fudge, or caramel that should'vebeen in there. Extremely disappointed with the online order/pick up experience."

"My companion and I entered the empty establishment at 7:12pm well before closing time. There were three workers behind the counter who I assumed were working on a to-go order, but no one acknowledged our presence. I made contact with the male worker twice and eye contact with the shorter of the two girls once with still no acknowledgement. We waited patently for someone to at someone to say that they'd be with us in a moment. I have worked the service industry before, I know it can get hectic. Being ignored is one thing, but when we noticed a COCKROACH was crawling along the front of the ice cream case we were done!!! By then it had been about 10 mins so we went find a different dessert."
