"The broccoli soup tasted great with a piece of bread. My favorite meal with a small drink or coffee. This location had friendly employees. The tables and the bathrooms needed some attention, but overall, it was ok. I will still recommend it."

"I put in an online order at this Panera on Nov. 19th for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving - since they were to be closed on Thanksgiving. I ordered and paid for a dozen bagels, cream cheese and cinnamon buns. On Wednesday the 22nd I went to pick them up. I was about 40 min. early for my 1;40 confirmed order. After being ignored at pick up for a while I asked and was told my order was in the line for 1:40. I asked if I had to wait another half hour. Then I was told - oh - sorry - we are out of bagels. Must have sold yours this morning - too bad. I guess someone didn't do their job. You can get something else or have your money back. I took my refund. As best i can tell the management at this place is unprofessional and lacks courtesy. If you do an online order in advance - be prepared to go there to pick it up and then be told - oops we sold your stuff - too bad."

"My 2nd review of this restaurant. Due to repeatedly filthy conditions at the dining area decided to switch to “To Go” service only. Today, found a moth at my daughter’s Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. I understand at times things can happen - moths could be potentially mixed in with lettuce mixes, but this place has way to many issues. Done buying food from there. Waste of money."

"I don't know who thought this was some artisinal method of crafting a sandwich because I can't imagine they believed this would be convenient to eat. Cut. The Avocado. This is so careless, I can't eat it without the avocado shooting out the side. Seriously this is everywhere now even the big name corporate brands that supposedly are known for maintaining a high reputation. Hold these kids accountable, especially since it's apparently common courtesy to tip on CARRY OUT orders these days."
