Donutz On A Stick Ice Cream and Grill

"Oh my! Excellent burger and fry. Both cooked immediately after ordering. Fresh ingredients. Crispy bacon. Thick sliced tomato. Large leaf of lettuce. All the donuts and ice cream looked amazing but I was stuffed. I was eyeing this guy's donut sundae when I was leaving though. So much so that I wanted to ask him for a bite. The next time I visit I'm going for sweet rather than savory. The only downside was there was no inside dining."

"Great place for some treats. Friendly staff. There are a lot of signs in the restaurant, which gives it an overly busy non aesthetic. It is a great local place that could easily be overlooked. The fries were delicious. Perfectly salted. They were like steak fries, with a good amount of potato. Hot dogs were good. My friend recommends the burger. The root beer float was refreshing on a warm day. It is kind of hard to sit and eat inside. There is limited seating outside. If weather is bad, I would plan to take the food to go."

"Had a great time with our MINI Cooper group. Most of had food and everyone had ice cream. My burger was great, the fries were awesome, and of course, the ice cream was the topper. The staff was helpful and extremely friendly. I'm only mad it took me this long to check them out. But I assure you, It certainly won't be my last visit! Thanks again, folks!"

"The Avalanches were okay. We bith had a medium and it cost us $15. The ice cream was good. And that was the best part of our experience. My husband had the mint oreo Avalanche (they're take on a Blizzard), and I ordered the oreo Avalanche. Both were flavorful and creamy. They were melting very fast, to be expected on a hot day. They melted so fast they were liquid in every bite, causing a very sticky mess. The young lady who was at the counter stated she had just eaten one and had very sticky fingers. I wanted to tell her she should wash them! The young lady who took our order may have been irritated by something else, but she made us feel as though we were bothering her by taking our time to order. We stood back in case any other patrons came in to order. She stared at us. We mentioned it was our first visit, but we weren't greeted with suggestions or even a smile. I walked back inside after getting our order to ask for a couple of straws because they had turned to liquid. I was asked, "Why do you need them?" by another young lady who was working but socializing with her boyfriend at the time. I replied, "we had ordered a couple of shakes and were just going to drink them instead." I was handed to regular size straws (as opposed to milkshake width), and that was that. We made a special trip out of our way to try this place and probably won't return unless we happen to be in the area and decide to give it another shot. We should have at least tried a hot donut. There are cute areas, mostly in shaded spots, to sit and enjoy your treat outside. There was a good size menu of other simple to make and fried food as well."
