"The food was amazing. Believe it or not. First time ever eating at any locations here in Virginia Beach! Got garlic “Rolls” as an appetizer, the full order(AMAZING)!! Then as entrees my wife got the “Cheese Ravioli” and she loved it! I got the pepperoni Stromboli, and it was delightful. Even later in the evening, I threw it in my air fryer, and it was just as good. I added some picture, it’s a little tricky to find, but if you look at the video of the entrance, it shows which turn you make if your coming off Laskin!"

"A crustable pizza is 10000x better than here. If you left a Caesar’s pizza out for 7 days and ate it, it would be better than this pizza. Their work ethic shows in their craft. The pizza on the show case touches the counter. The cashier is in between touching money and touching food. Doesn’t wash hands in between. The ovens THAT ARE IN SIGHT. ARE FILTHY!!!!!! The ones that are behind the ice cream machine to be exact. Where they heat up the pizza. I doubt they make fresh pizza throughout the day. They make them in batches and they use it for the whole day because the “fresh” pizza looked cold and had a white caste over it. Furthermore, I opened up my box, looked at the pizza and left it in the parking lot for a homeless man to eat it. I felt bad cause I think it’s going to make him sick. The females are not wearing hairnets around the food. The lights don’t work in the ice cream display case. Then the girl in the front asked if I wanted my pizza heated up. Not sure if the logic was to eat my pizza cold, but regardless I said I wanted it heated up. Furthermore, I asked for a refund before they even started, but the only reason I let them continue is because I really wanted to see the finished product. Just so I can advise my family and friends not to eat here. Also not sure if the cashier ( her name is savannah on the receipt) folded the pizza after it came out the oven to be funny, but if it wasn’t for that I would’ve never a review. Also, the pizza crust was soggy."

"I have been a Ynot customer for years. I have been completely dissatisfied the past two times I've came here. I ordered online last night and received a burnt pizza on the bottom and garlic knots so hard I could use them as a rock. I called and came back the next day for my replacement meal and the pizza is burnt again. Pictures below. I will not be coming back to this location. It has went down hill and I will drive to the VA beach locations for better food and service only because I love Ynot pizza. I have wasted gas twice and I'm very upset my family has missed out on two meals due to this big inconvenience. Update: After two failed attempts to remake my food, I was offered a $25.00 gift card less then the amount of my food and I was told I couldn't get a refund, only a gift card. I didn't accept the gift card due to the lack of professionalism. I am completely done with this YNot location. They haven't had a General Manager in over two years and it shows."

"Have had takeout pizza (which is stellar) from here many many times, but this was my first time actually eating in. It was quite busy when we got there, and a few seconds after being seated one of the managers came over to apologize in advance for any delays because they were swamped, but the teamwork with the staff is so good, we hardly noticed...they really worked as a well oiled unit and everyone helped everyone. The staff was on point and friendly, and the food was out of this world. We will definitely be back!"
