"I love the food here and their tea is always amazing, but how are going to charge me for something I didn't order and then tell me that it was rung up and charged so just take the food? I didn't order the extra food, I don't want the extra food, so I don't appreciate being robbed of the extra money. It's only $3 but that's ridiculous. Good thing someone didn't ring me up for a whole extra combo or I guess I'd just be out the money for an additional meal huh?"

"I used to not have a complaint in the world on this Cookout. Portions used to be generous, food delicious, and customer service top notch. It seems in the last years this location is declining. This review in particular focusing on the window service. I expect to have to repeat my order at the drive through because the attendant was not actually listening when they said they were ready for me. This has become a regular thing. I ask for no ice in my drink and wouldn't you know, there's ice. If I dare make that correction, the employee sucks their teeth at me and takes the drink back with an attitude. Multiple occasions when I've come to pay, I don't even get spoken to and I get handed my food in a manner where I actually braced for it thinking it was going to be dropped on me or thrown at me. Consider yourself lucky if you get a straw."

"A very delicious experience. The cuisine at this fine establishment was reminiscent of classic Americana; scrumptious burgers and warm fries greet you as you begin your culinary journey and a thick, creamy milkshake bids you a yummy farewell as you leave. All in all, a great experience."
