"Had a small mishap. Ordered a family deal, when it arrived a pizza was missing. I called the store and they put me on the phone with the manager Marvin. He was very professional. He offered to give us a credit back or to remake our entire order. So credit, no way! We were hungry! Said give him 20 mins and order would be ready. Got to the store as my order was coming out the oven. Marvin's customer service was on point Thank you. Food was great. Mistakes happen.d Don't sweat the small things. It all about how you handle and resolve the issue. And you sir nailed it. Thanks again."

"INCOMPETENT!! Male manager was a complete idiot. Told me 12 minutes on pizza cuz he messed up 1 pizza and 40 minutes later I leave with my order. My other 2 pizzas, breadsticks and melt sat in warmer for 40 minutes. He messed up 8 ppls orders while i was there. Unreal. Definitely not manager material."
"I love pizza hut but here lately, all my orders have been trash. I'm very disappointed. The pizza is hard and hardly no toppings and very little sauce. The least you could do is make it look exactly like the commercials. Guess I have to find another pizza spot..."
"The pizza was on point. We always get the manager to make our pizza only because she knows how to get it just right for us, with pepperoni curl ing up around the egdes. The employees were also very helpful and friendly."
