"Excellent food and service! As an Arizonian, I greatly approve! I had written off mexican food since moving here but that is no longer necessary. We will be back regularly. Atmosphere is modern/updated but traditional, like being back home. Love the personalized tables!"

"This was my first experience with this restaurant so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I didn’t read any reviews in advance I just checked out the menu and ordered pickup because it was convenient for me on lunch break. I ordered the “birria” burrito. I love birria anything so I didn’t think this would be a problem. Anyone who served me on the phone and in person was very nice, however I don’t think that you can really call what I got a birria burrito. They did not provide a cup of the consome for dipping the burrito. Also there was none cooked onto the tortilla of the burrito either. The meat was that beef stew type of meat, but there was barely any of the juice that you would expect with birria - the meat was kind of dry and lacked the flavor I was looking for. I called the restaurant back to ask about it and they stated yes this is what I ordered and no it does not come with the consome, but I could always ask to get some in the future. Now I’m unsure if adding it on would cost more, but I already paid a pretty penny for the burrito. That was all I ordered and it doesn’t come with like the salad or side of rice/beans. My total was 16.59 which is kind of high for a sad birria burrito if you ask me. I would be willing to try again because maybe I just went in with the wrong expectations, but I can’t say I’d highly recommend it to someone else. I was fed and that’s about it. Kind of disappointing."

"Damn that was good!!! We got queso-birria tacos with consomé, lengua tacos, and al pastor. The lengua and pastor came with onion, cilantro, and a lime wedge. The queso-birria however did not come with pickled jalapeños and carrots, it did however have a radish slice. So not 100% authentic but pretty close. In any case it was DELICIOUS and tasted home-made, not mass produced. The main floor had reggaeton music playing a little too loud, but otherwise it was a good atmosphere. Service was quick and corteous. They are bilingual as well."

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME….. the food is below mediocre and left a lot to be desired. I ordered two asada tacos and a birria taco. The birria taco looked no different than a regular taco and when I asked them about it they informed me that only the birria tacos ordered with the combo come with cheese and are dipped in aju. My sister ordered chicken tacos and said she never has to have it again. The shells began to fall apart as soon as I picked the taco up. The best thing we had were the margaritas and those were even subpar. Save yourself the time, the energy and the money and just get Taco Bell. You will be glad you did!!!"
