"I walked into this store, 3 employees were there. Not a single 1 said anything to me. I walked right out. Horrible customer service. It takes 5 seconds to say “hi how are you” not a good look"

"Came here because I love Charlotte Russe they always have some really cute clothes. The store was very nice as a whole and they had a nice selection of clothes and accessories, while I was here I got a white Stitch and Angel (from lilo and stitch)sweatpants & hoodie set and a white Lola Bunny Sweatshirt. The service was great too. I will definitely stop by again in the future."

"I will not be shopping at Charlotte Russe any more. I haven’t liked them in the past because of how cheap quality the jewelry and clothes are but I gave it another shot…first, there fitting rooms are still closed and you can’t even do returns back to your care. So not only can you not try them on (the only store I’ve seen with fitting rooms still closed) but you can’t take it home, try it and return it without having to get store credit or exchange. I think it’s just shady way to treats your customers. Not to mention the girl at the counter was rude and had an attitude when I was asking about the return policy. I will not be shopping there. You can go ANYWHERE else and find better quality and customer service."
