"Very clean dining area with friendly and professional staff. Great food even if you have some oil sensitivity. I have gone to Panda Express in the past with friends at other locations (mostly CA) but each time the food was too oily for me. I was so excited when I could eat this and it tasted good! Going to this location completely changed my experience and perception of eating at Panda Express. Super great team and food."

"This panda isn’t worth your time or money. You have two managers working the woman wearing braids with lime green highlights and a face mask on just ignores the cashier telling both managers that a customer has a complaint.The man that’s the other manager on duty said that corporate is strict about portion sizes but I watched someone else make a plate and get a normal portion size in the drive thru. I guess in a nutshell Panda Express can’t give you adequate enough portion sizes which is pretty sad considering they’re charging 11 dollars for a plate. It’s apparently clear that no one cares about the customers in this establishment. Go to the Hampton location!"

"Ordered 2 bigger plates had to wait on super greens so they parked me. Wait was decent not too bad so I get home and pass the food out, it's not my order. How am I sitting waiting for the wrong order. The manager was polite and very efficient. Only reason to write this is because it's been too many chances with this store being close to home instead of traveling to Hampton. PTC Hampton from now on!!"

"This brand new Newport News location is already hit or miss. Menu items not always available and the place is never packed so you would think chow mein would be available. Not the case. Food is decent enough but sometimes lack in portions. Hopefully management will step it up and turn this 3 star into a 5 star."
