"I love Popeye's but the service is awful. Minimum wait in the Drive-Thru is it at least 25 minutes or more every time I've gone. I started ordering ahead just to try and move things along but it doesn't help. There hasn't been one time that I've gone, that they didn't forget to put something I ordered in the bag. There's nothing worse than getting home to find out you're missing food. So now, I always make sure I check the bag before I pull away from the window."

"I don't understand how Popeye's is still in business. They have the worst customer service. The girl running the drive-thru tonight was so nasty. When we pulled up to pay, she yanks the window open, and I guess another car had pulled up to order because all we hear is "God damn, these people won't stop," then "I'll be with you in a minute" through her headset. Her tone was short and nasty, like she was ready to throw a fit. Not how you act in front of customers. They weren't even busy. There was one car in front of us, then the one car that pulled in back of us. That was it. We waited 30 minutes for our food, only for our order to be wrong and missing items. The guy handling the food seemed nice enough, but that chic working the drive thru was the rudest, nastiest person. The food isn't worth having to deal with people like that. Nobody should be treated that way, and certainly not a paying customer who was actually trying to be nice."

"The service was good but I asked for mild chicken and got spicy, asked for sauce and got none and the macaroni and cheese was extremely burnt on the top."

"The absolute worst! it’s 5:47 pm I go into the inside because the drive thur is ridiculous & I’m told the inside is not open. How is that even possible on a SATURDAY at 5:47 pm I reply with “Well the door was unlocked” and everybody just stares. While the lady that I assume is the manger mumble words under her breath. I leave out and get in the drive Thur line. The lady that I assume is the manager comes out for a cigarette break while talking on the phone. She faces the drive thur as she sits on a ladder facing the customers in the drive thur. As I’m pulling up to the speakers. She goes “oh you‘re that lady that was just inside“ & chuckles. I proceed to order my food. While she comments from the side that I will have to wait for some chicken to get dropped because there is none ready. Mind you this is a chicken based fast food restaurant, so I’m really confused to why there is no chicken ready. I pay for my food & im asked to pull up & wait (which was not a problem for me). A guy brings the chicken out. There are no napkin, no spoon for the beans & rice, I asked for spicy chicken it was regular & no hot saice. Not to mention one of the pieces of chicken had black spots on certain parts of the chicken wing as if it was spoiled. I was too frustrated to even ask for any of the items. so I just drove off and decided to write this review because this restaurant is unprofessional, organize and plain out ridiculous. New management is definitely needed."
