Domino's Pizza

"I ordered bbq chicken pizza. The first one was doughy and nasty soft uncooked. Then I reordered a thin crust pizza that was horribly burnt and hurt my mouth trying to eat it. I spoke with the assistant store manager named JAMES and he’s was completely UNHELPFUL. He was very argumentative about how DISGUSTING this cold burnt pizza was, then lied about it the business being franchise owned or coorperate owned. He refused to give me any numbers or a refund. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED DISGUSTED, and PISSED. I spent my last on this pizza for me and my son and now we can’t eat it. I’m so sad and MAD!!!!!!! I will never order from this place again! The assistance manager should be fired for his horrible customer service and rudeness!!!!"

"Usually this is the best dominos in the area, but today I ordered 3 pizzas all three was Alfredo sauce, pineapple, and mushrooms. It’s usually perfect, but today it was terrible!!! I got maybe 10 pieces of mushrooms if that and about the same amount of pineapple. This keeps up I will find another dominos or go to another pizza place."

"I'm a pizza fanatic. I'm probably made of 25 percent pizza. Tonight, the wife and i decided to branch out from our original pizza place. The atmosphere of the place... nice, promising even. The guy behind the counter made us laugh as he is old school and you can tell he wants his customers to be happy. I think people in these reviews think he is rude, but i think he's an old school dude running a business, and doesnt vibe with the snowflakes of today. The wings, were enough to fill me up alone, although i feel could be cooked a little longer and with a little more sauce. The pizza, which i had ordered pepperoni, was ok at best. Definately not New York pizza, but had a little smidgen of the flavor New York offers. I will say, it's not domino's or pizza hut, as it has more of that zest you look for in a pizza. However, there are better Newyork style pizza competitors in the area. Over all, i liked the food, but not enough to come back as a regular pizza place. I would still give it a try though."

""What pizza" I placed an online order for a medium pepperoni pizza carbide delivery (i cant walk) and paid. Headed to the location and arrived on time. Parked directly in front of the doors and checked in online. The Domino's online pizza tracker notifies me that my order has made it out of the oven and will be handed in less than two minutes or they will offer me a free pizza on my next order. Tick.. tick.. the timer stops about 34 seconds in, 'timer stopped' displayed. I thought oh how neat, they'll simply stop the timer to skirt their 2 minute guarantee. I waited another few minutes.. no biggie .. tick tick few more minutes and I go ahead and call the restaurant. Guy picks up the phone and I give him my order number explain I've been directly in front of the door for quite a while and I was wondering if they were going to bring my order out. He tells me 'it's out for delivery' I reply "to what address?" He says 'I dunno' and hung up on me. They did refund the money I spent, but that doesn't change a thing about how incompetent they are at this location. Communicated this to corporate, and I've yet to receive any response in several days now. Avoid this location or you could be the next contestant on "let's see how long they wait outside before they leave""

"Staff was friendly and quick to bring out our pizzas for the curbside delivery. Got home and one was not correct. I called to let them know and the lady I spoke with was very nice and quick to correct it. Of course the pizzas were delicious and enjoyed. Thank you Holland road crew!"
