"I don't understand what's going on with this place… lately you have to wait a long time for food, last week was the worst, I placed an order online at 6:45pm to pick up at 7:00pm I ended up waiting until 7:54pm for the food… many people left. Normally I have to wait 10-20 minutes for pick up online orders. Also on many occasions they run out of some foods. Terrible. The food tastes good."

"hey chipotle I forgive alot at this location alot of times.... but just ordered online, got home with food and you seemed to have missed something. like the guacamole, sour cream, cheese, both salsas, and vinegarette. it wasn't bad enough I stood there and was told order wasn't ready when it was "done" and on the top shelf for 10 mins also. be better."

"Cold empty quesadilla, missing all of the guac from our order, chips were somehow stale and wet… still can’t figure that out."

"I don’t recommend door dash/ food delivery. How ever my second experience which I went in person. Counter was clean and well stocked. My bowl was made well. Workers were social & polite!"

"Placed a pickup order. Arrived at the time it said it would be ready, and ended up waiting 30 minutes at the store. If that were the case, don’t have pickup available and only serve inside. The entire point of pickup is so I can make the order ahead and be able to not have to wait in line, or at all. I can understand a small wait. But receiving the food almost an hour after I placed it? For pickup? No thank you. And also stated “you got here too early” when the app said clear as day ready for pickup."
