"Called them for a dryer issue. They Had some difficulties getting it fixed because of some staff issues I rather not get into. It took some back and forth with me calling and them either not having the part or not having someone available. However, I am giving them 5 stars because they stuck it out and worked with me, called back when I left messages. That was important to me, if you can’t do it, at least communicate with me with what’s the next step, and they did that. They showed resiliency through challenges and that to me showed character in a company and the culture they run it with. At the end of the day, they fixed my dryer, works better than before. In addition to all of that, pricing was more than fair, I recommend them! This is my go to place from now on for home appliances. Thank you to all the staff for their professionalism."

They delivered the next day and the 2 employees that delivered my new washer machine installed it in for us and not one issue.
