"We get to the speaker of drive thru, and nothing we wait 5 to 10 minutes for someone to speak. Then she finally says something and my mom starts to order and she is then told that there isn't any chicken..... we are told the on December 30 at 7:15pm why is there no chicken cooking and there's no way that the store completely runs out of chicken if that is the case the management needs to be changed or evaluated cause all you sell is chicken.... Then my mom asked if any chicken was being cooked 3 times because it was still early hours, and the lady finally said it'll be a 30 to 45 minute wait."

"The guy working window right now is honestly amazing, I really hope he's a manager. The line was long because of how many people were there (Friday night at 7pm) and he got us our food fast and did it professionally while being courteous and efficient."
"It's not great for dine-in, but the food is great, and the staff is super friendly! They go above and beyond to make customers happy and are always chatty while they work. I think it may be an older location in need of some upgrades, so maybe the lackluster indoor space is because of that."
