"Love this location always friendly and helpful customer service. I do want to mention that I made a large purchase Xmas eve and recieved 40 in kohl's cash that was to expire after the 31st I attempted to use it on the 31st and recieved a message that it had already been used. Coincidentally, 3 other persons I spoke to say the same thing ! That seems a little fishy ..... Kohl's did make it right, but they might want to look into that internally or maybe a software glitch.....who knows ..."

"I enjoy shopping at Kohl's, the discounts are really worth it. I generally find the store to be Clean. Overall the Employees are nice, but I am finding more and more of them avoiding eye contact and just passing you by without speaking, unless you say something to them. I have spoken to some and No Acknowledgment. Checkout is usually the best interaction with the Employees. But again, it's not a horrible place to shop."

"Worst Looking store I've been in. Please pick up the clothes on the floor. Sunday morning 1050 on 10/22/2023. It looked like the Black Friday just ended.. What a Mess. Are you short of employees? I couldn't even look for clothes to purchase with the mess all over. Embarrassing and Disappointed. Managers should be embarrassed by what the store looked like."

"Customer service Department was absolutely the quickest I ever experienced. I don’t remember the young lady name but she was so very pleasant & efficient in assisting me. It would be awesome if a job could be created for to train other stores on her skills & traits of efficiency & listening to the customer."

"Kohls has always been one of my favorites. Now they have Sephora and the store is stocked with so much nice merchandise. Not to mention the employees go above and beyond to help out. It’s worth the trip."
