Starbucks

"Normally service is great. This day, on 3 separate times, wasn't one of those days. They weren't especially busy 2 of the 3 times, yet all 3 times they acted as if we were imposing on them for ordering our drinks and snacks. All 3 employees kept blowing us off when we were trying to get our order fixed. Then the woman yelled at my 2 teen daughters for asking about how much longer until they could get the cake pops (so they could let the other parent know when to expect them back). This is after waiting 15 minutes past our mobile order time."

"Im giving it one star because the barista although sweet didn't ring me up properly and just referred me to customer service to get my money back that was taken from my Starbucks account incorrectly and customer service pretty much said oh well. Points were taken and money from my Starbucks. I'm beyond livid."

"This Starbucks was particularly welcoming as it was cool and dry inside while it was hot and heavily raining outside. The young lady serving the coffees was kind and attentive despite a long shift. It was almost closing time. In the end, despite being uncomfortable due to nasty weather, the hot coffees were great!"

"I ordered a small black coffee. It was a lot of coffee! I hadn't been to a Starbucks in quite some time. No complaints about the coffee or the inside of the location. I even added a few pictures of me and coffee on the beach. However, it was shortly after 8am and as I walked up I noticed two less fortunate people. Looked like they were down on their luck with their bicycles and bags. They didn't ask for anything but the customers generally avoided them and got out in a hurry. Poor guys."
