"I'll start by saying that I'm very particular about the work ethic of the mechanics and the services rendered and from what I viewed; Jason did an awesome job diagnosing the issue. He was very thorough and listened to all the information given about the possible origins of the problem and slowly back tracked each item until he found the true origin. From what I've seen, patience is the key when looking for leaks and he packed a lot, which is greatly appreciated since the washing machine is located on the second floor of the home.
