I went to the McDonalds a few blocks down instead and the service was excellent and the food hot and delicious. Not all fast foods are equal because not all managers are equal. Popeyes’ manager needs to talk to McDonalds manager because they are doing it right."

"Went through drive-thru and had to wait 30 minutes for three combos! After watching several other customers after me came and went, I went inside to inquire about my order. They stated my three sandwich combos were a large order, and they were short staff. They had no answers for why the other 5-7 customers after me got their food before me. Very rude customer service and was not happy they cheated the system by asking me to pull around to get off their timer so the 30-minute wait time wouldn't count against them. Also, I wasn't happy they said if I didn't want to wait so long, I would have to fill out an application."
