"The employees were very friendly. My food was HOT, I always enjoy the Rotisserie Chicken, broccoli, and mashed potatoes. They have remodeled, and it looks very nice."

"We stopped the Arby’s around 6 pm was scheduled to be open until 10 pm on Christmas Eve. We attempted to go inside and the doors were being locked. We asked a man who was coming out empty handed if they were closing. We thought we had gotten the closing time incorrect but we had not, they were scheduled to stay open until 10 pm. The man said, yes but he wasn’t told why. Someone had already taken his order and the manager come from the back and told the staff member to cancel his order, no explanation given. Granted it was Christmas Eve but the manager or the staff could have at the least explained why they were closing. **Mechanicsville location"

"This is one of the nicest Arby's that I've ever been to. The menu is much more diverse than normal, the tables and restrooms are clean, and they actually have napkins and Arby Sauce available on every table."

"My wife and I (individually and together) have dined at Arby's in Mechanicsville often over the last 25 - 30 years and we've always received excellent food and fantastic service! Because the pictures in your advertisements for the new cheese subs looked to be delicious, we both ordered one each at approximately 12:45 on Saturday, October 22. When the sub delivered to us, the sub bread was dripping wet and not edible. We were only able to eat the contents of the sub. We didn't let the manager know at the time because the restaurant was fairly full and the staff was very busy."
