"This Starbucks is the only one in the Kemps River/Indian River Road area, nearest one is further down Kempsville Road and Princess Anne. Always busy at this Starbucks, long drive thru line moves pretty quickly. My friend and I walked in, we were greeted with a smile. Place is clean and bright/well lit. Does not seem to have a lot of tables maybe meant to truly be more of a drive thru. I ordered the Pink Drink (strawberry refresher with coconut milk) . Just the right amount of sweetness."
"I've been here the past 3 Thursdays' and it's been the same staff each time, they are a lovely bunch. They're welcoming, helpful and kind. I usually stay a bit to get some work done and it's a pleasure to watch them work together and just vibe with each other. It makes for a great atmosphere and environment to be in. Starbucks is always a great constant on drinks and food but having a great staff is definitely what makes the experience!"

"Placed mobile order for drive thru. I went to pick it up, at the window confirmed order. The line was a little long, waited almost 15 minutes and when I got to the window I was told that they couldn’t make my drink because they don’t carry decaf. Very poor customer service. If I had known I would have left and wouldn’t have waited in the line. Waiting until the customer gets to the window to make a mobile pick up order is observed"
"Starbucks is okay. I feel they are overpriced for the quality of coffee or lack there of which they serve. There are so many other wonderful, independent coffee shops around town to dine and enjoy way better coffee, teas, and food. This particular Starbucks needs to be updated and expanded as it is way too small and the entrance is a disaster with lack of spacing and barely a parking lot, which leaves Starbucks visitors waiting on the roadway to enter thus causing traffic around the area."
