"I can’t recommend this location. Guacamole was obviously very old and gross and the fajita vegetables were raw. Also the burrito was tiny. Nothing like when I have ordered in person. Maybe some employees do not know what they are doing but I wouldn’t risk ordering online here again."

"Very Disappointed! Ive ordered directly from the Chipotle website multiple times & have been disappointed by this location. This time, Im done. Our ordered arrived missing an ENTIRE entree. All of the other orders (4 entrees) were missing items such as all missing cheese, sour cream, vinegrette everything was dry! No requested utensils & nothing labeled. I called & was told to call customer service (the online contact us link does not work!). I was offered a free entree "for next time" so one family member is without dinner. It was no sense of a sorry. Very disappointed. Received an email of a refund of ZERO. Food was NOT worth over $70!"

"I’ve been a few times and it never fails to disappoint. I don’t think I’ve ever been able to get chips here, they're always out. Today they were out of white rice, blackbeans, corn, veggies, steak, vinaigrette, and of course, chips. They should have just closed the doors honestly. I’ve been here once already where they were closed to anything but online orders. This is surely a corporate rule, but with online orders prioritized, even if they had corn in stock, it was being hoarded for the online orders. That makes me furious. Face to face customer service should always be the priority, and Chipotle should invest in a feature allowing employees to click something that blocks online customers from ordering something that is out of stock. The poor employees had to tell every angry customer in line the same story, and about twenty customers walked in after me. It was only 7pm on a Friday after all! Apparently, their delivery truck is often late. Why doesn’t the store manager order a day or two earlier then or file a complaint with corporate? Incompetence abounds. Someone might have well been posted at the door to save us the trouble of walking in. Never chancing this location again. Just make it online only already."
