CVT Auto Repair

"Dropped my vehicle off in July for a quote on repairs. Got the quote in September. After repeated calls to them to go over quotes because I was out of town. No one EVER answered or responded to me in any form other than the initial emailed quote. When I finally got back in town and was able to physically go up there, they apologized and owner told me because of his wife’s pregnancy they were behind and the guy that initially received my vehicle no longer worked there. After getting the run arounds come to find out they did an abandoned vehicle on my vehicle and stole my car. I’ll be seeing them in court. I have ALL my documents."

"To begin with, a turbo buys the farm in Virginia. Im out of town and I find a place that says they can work on a VW Diesel. I order the part, it took a little longer than they estimated, however they did charge me more than anticipated. I get my car back, low on coolant, and the alignment way off. (Part of taking a sub frame apart) I was just ready to get back home at this point (Jacksonville F On the way home I start popping codes. I replace sensor after sensor, replace vacuum lines, you name it. I still cant find the problem. Almost a year to the day, I take everything appart and inspect EVERYTHING. Come to find out, a rag was left in my intercooler. Yep, a rag. Now Im chasing all the problems it may have caused. Changing oil,.... maybe. Openingternals of your motor, its a hard no. They seem to be good at select services and maybe even just domestic applications."
