"When I say, this must be the best waffle house in Richmond, Tri-Cities area I am so serious! The staff was beyond courteous and very much on top of our order because we were taking a little while to make our mind up. They weren’t rude, nor did they rush us! And did I mention the food was amazing!I definitely don’t mind traveling across town to come here"
"Great experience. The two guys working there last night were nice and chill. It was clean and quiet and the food was delicious and hot. They even made us a fresh pot of decaf. My husband and I had just spent all day working the marathon and needed a lot of food and a calm atmosphere. We were actually looking to get delivery from somewhere but were craving a big breakfast so we compromised. Waffle House was perfect. Thank you!"
"Small space with limited seating, the dining area wasn’t clean and the staff was disorganized. Staff did make an effort to provide the best service they could which even then wasn’t very good. The food was mediocre at best and they forgot part of my order twice even after reminding them."
