"I've been to several O'Charleys, and the visit I had at this one was by far the worst yet. You expect consistency in large chains, and I was disappointed. Steak was raw. I had to send it back. Vegetable came out in the plastic bag it was cooked in. Slow service. You have to do better than that. There are too many other restaurants that are trying to do a good job."

"We’ve been craving for fish and chips for a while and we finally found the last O’Charley’s Restaurant here in Glen Allen,VA. Their servings for fish & chips is big as well as the seafood platter my husband ordered and they are cooked to perfection and delicious.The service is good too."

"I only heard compliments about the food but we are regular customers. Problem might be deciding on your choice because each thing I've tried is great. I am not crazy about fried pickles but LOVE theirs. Chicken strips too. If you like ribeye this is one you should not pass up and pasta lovers will be happy."

"Let me first off start by saying I haven’t been to an O’Charleys in 5+ years. It seems they have changed their menu but still have the basics, which are steak, burgers, ribs & tenders which they’ve always done well. Anything outside of that, it is hit or miss. We did go twice within a 3 week period. First their salad, the lettuce was wet & brown. I ended up picking the chicken out and ate most of the appetizer. It had a really good presentation though. The nachos were not what I expected at all. They were a little bland and felt like it was missing something. Their loaded potato skins are pretty good. This is my go to. The ribs & steak are always fantastic. No complaints there. O’Charleys is a good restaurant with pretty decent bar food. It doesn’t seem that they have changed their rolls. But if you go here, know they only do certain foods well all the time."
