"I am super pregnant and easily annoyed. Attempted to order a pizza on the app for delivery. At checkout it asked for a tip which I entered then after completing realized it was carry out. Was super frustrated, obviously my mistake not paying attention but why would the app ask you to tip if you’re picking it up? So I send in my “complaint” about the app. Well apparently it goes directly to the location, by the time my husband picked up the pizza they gave him the tip back and discounted our order. We had zero complaints about the location and I am horrified if this impacted the location in any negative way at all. They were kind and gracious and we always enjoy our pizza there. Great management and store staff showing a frazzled pregnant lady a lot of grace."

"Ordered pizza and breadsticks for delivery. Pizza didn't fare so well on the trip, but MOD Laura was more than happy to credit my entire order. Will definitely still order from this location, just might have to opt for carryout next time."
