"In my opinion, best location I've had in Richmond. Portion size was great, customer service was friendly, and they continued to restock items. The only caveat was the hot salsa as that was completely out. Witnessed Jaivionna assist a new vegetarian customer with all the options and she was conversational friendly with me. This location will be my go to in the area."

"I just moved back to the area after a few years and the negative reviews are actually pretty accurate. No rice just plain white and brown, no burritos, no lids for the bowls, most of the soda is out, no ice in the machine and attitude from the workers. I’m just going to drive a little bit up the road to the better one."

"Gross misconduct of employee with customers. The store was taking online orders only. I walked in with my 5 year old and the employee immediately let me know I had to order online only. I had already placed one online order and proceeded to place a second. He screamed and cursed at another gentleman waiting for his food for coming over to the glass to observe him making the food. Again, I had a 5 year old present. At one point I was concerned this was going to escalate into something more. The employee was very aggressive. Additional customer came in and he yelled that they walked past the sign on the door and needed to go outside to place their orders. I was uncomfortable and scared. My order was incorrect and I hesitated to even say anything. Contacted Chipotles customer service via email and they’ve done nothing but tell me they cannot locate my account."

"I work nearby and usually get Chipotle. I order extra servings of rice, lettuce, cheese, and this time got double meat and they did not disappoint. I hate the serving portions as well so I double up on anything I can. I love this location. I order lunch here and they're on point!!"

"Chipotle, Three strikes, and you're out!!! This is my third negative experience at this location, which means that I will either burn the gas to go to another one, or get something else altogether. DO NOT USE YOUR APP TO ORDER AHEAD! WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR FOOD. ALSO, NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION ABOUT 5 PM!!! I only tried the order ahead option this time because my son wanted to try the new quesadilla, and it's required. I ordered the usual fajita bowls for my wife and me. This time I ordered a side of the new vinegarette, which was just enough to whet my tongue and about a quarter cup of rice, (or 35 grains, whichever is less). The food was probably colder than the vinegarette. I ordered the usual chicken bowls and I had to put out a search party to find the chicken. I'm glad to report that I found it, underneath the mound of sour cream. I'm still looking for the peppers. Let me know if you see them. Oh yeah, for this to be the experience that my son remembers as his first time eating Chipotle, after all the years of hearing us rave about it, he will possibly suffer some type of long-term food related trauma."
