MOD Pizza

"Tried to walk inside & place an order at 8:30pm. Website and google say they close at 10, but the employees refused to take my order. There’s no sign on the door for early closure, it’s not a holiday. There’s no reason to stop taking orders an hour and a half before they close. This isn’t the first time this location has been a disappointment, and it’s sad because I do think there are *some* positive employees, but it seems to be few and far between."

"The pizza is decent but please do not order online. There is 0 priority or any kind of queue system. I stood there for 1 hour waiting for my pizzas while I watched 25 people in line get their pizzas, eat and leave. What’s the point of ordering online when I can just walk in and get a pizza much quicker?? Save yourself any headache and get superior service and pizza around the corner at Bella Napoli. Your pizza is ready within 10 min of ordering."

"My family and I were second in line when we walked in. We walked out 55 minutes later with no pizza. People who had ordered before us got their pizza (in 30/45 minutes, but at least they got theirs). Other customers were complaining about the lack of organization about whose pizza went in the oven when. When we asked for a refund, the manager was too disorganized to timely locate the order and refund us. We will have to challenge through our credit card company and will never return. When fine dining would take less time to cook, then “fast food” isn’t worth it."

"This is a favorite of mine. I’ve been to this location a few times. The staff has been friendly and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The pizzas are oven toasted and tasty. You get to choose what goes on them and the sauce. I get the mini pizzas during lunch time."

"One of the most disgusting restaurants I have ever been to. Unfortunately I did not realize the state of uncleanliness until after I had paid, otherwise I would not have purchased anything. Floors were covered in garbage and food, the drink area was filthy, and the counters were covered in food. The food was subpar, they had to make my pizza twice as they burned the first one. The second one was still burnt and had a giant bubble across most of the pizza. The atmosphere presented by the employees was not welcoming. I will not be returning to this establishment."
