"Front counter service was nearly non-existent. The hot apple pie was actually kind of tepid in fact ( And overpriced at $2.19 ). If it wasn't for the fact that this particular McDonald's appeared to be clean and well-maintained, the entire experience would have been underwhelming"

"Used to be a location with good employees, but, as it is with most McDonalds, employees change all the time. Now they cannot be any slower! Went to the drive thru on Friday night; no line in the drive thru nor anyone inside; took them about 20 minutes to give me my order and it was wrong! I ordered a double quarter pounder and got a single one, and also was not only ketchup as requested! How can you take so long and get the order wrong when I am literally the only customer? By the time I got the right burger, my fries were already cold… Have had multiple experiences like this one lately here… I’ll avoid it for a while and go somewhere else."

"The so-called manager was very rude, had an attitude, and rolled her eyes when I told her I was still waiting on just a coffee after 15 mins passed. Her response was "I know" and walked away. No customer service, etiquette, cashier was clueless as to what they were doing on the register, and other customers even has issues with their orders. This location will never see us again for business if this is how the MANAGER will be towards customers."

"The service was horrible. We waited for 40mins in the drive-thru for them to finally come to the window after being at the window for 20mins to get our food. Some girl came to the window and asked what we ordered. After we were honking to their attention. She definitely doesn't have customer service as her response was she doesn't have time for this and then closed the window. Then another girl came to the window and said that they don't have what we ordered and that she's going to refund us. I asked if she was the manager and told her how is that possible and why were we sitting at the window for 20mins before someone told us that. I asked her name multiple times and finally she said destiny and then I asked for the other girls name she rolled her eyes and wouldn't give it me. She said that she didn't know we were sitting for 20 mins due to her being on the other side. They was no one inside places orders and she failed as a manager to do her job and assure customer service. She could have apologized for the lack of service we received and offered to see if we wanted to order anything else. This McDonald's needs to be evaluated and see what they were so busy doing that they couldn't do what they were being paid to do. From the lack of the manager to the girl at the window service was horrible."
