Papa Johns Pizza

"The papadias are horrible. They arrived burnt, cold, hardly any cheese or other ingredients .. see photos. I ordered off doordash"

"Ordered delivery on a Saturday night. That was some of the best pizza I've ever had from a major chain. I don't usually order delivery because I feel the food isn't as hot or fresh, but this pizza was so good, they must have left the store right when my pizza came out of the oven. This was the first time I've had Papa John's in several years, and I already want to go back."

"It was cool. The staff were interesting to be around. The manager wuz cool too. I'll never forget working here, forever remembered."

"I walked in to place an order and needed a minute to look over the options. The guy who took my order did not welcome me into the store and appeared impatient because I didn't have a specific pizza in mind. He did tell me it was a 30 minute wait. The A/C was non existent. The location could use a paint job. Above the counter on the wall were electrical outlets that should have been covered with a poster or picture. Location just looked unkempt. The counters were covered in dust. I've been here in the past and it never looked disgusting. There was another emloyee who greeted 3 additional guest when they came in. Maybe the person who assisted me was having a bad beard day."

"I just wanna give a shout out to papa John's. We called in a order that somehow was never received and after sitting and waiting for 30 minutes the lady realized she didn't have it and asked for our order. When it was done she apologized and didn't charge us. Good Customer service isn't around much anymore, I grew up in the restaurant business and without getting mad or asking for compensation she just said no charge. Without a receipt I can't write the company so I wanna give 5 stars ✨️ to papa John's In smithfield. Thank you! And the food was great!!"
