"I am a frequent flyer here, and unfortunately, the food is always good. The service leaves something more to be desired. Almost every other visit, I go inside anyway because they forgot something or something was not made correctly. Honestly, this issue didn't start until the last few months. Maybe they have some new people in the drive-thru, I don't know. If they can get this issue under control, it's a great place to eat. Even with the problem, the employees are usually amiable; I've only had a complaint about the way I was spoken to once. Overall, it's a great little spot to get a quick bite. Thanks for the excellent food and the friendly atmosphere!"

"I went through the drive thru for a $5 biggie bag and a frosty. When I placed my order the cashier rushed me to pull to the window even though I wasn’t done ordering. When she put my frosty on the screen she hurriedly told me my total and told me to pull around. I wanted a small frosty so I was going to ask her to correct it at the window. When I did, she had a nasty attitude. Left the window and proceeded to get her coworker (with the septum piercing) to finish the transaction. I never got rude with the initial employee, never had an attitude, and I was met with both from her. Please stop placing employees with bad attitudes as cashiers. They have no place in customer service. I also found hair in my food, but due to the horrible service I wasn’t presented to it wasn’t even worth the energy to turn around."

"I love their $5 and $6 dollar meals. It's enough for me. I don't eat out very often, but when I do this meal is my go-to. Note, I really like going to the Wendy's in Poquoson. They are fast but most of all friendly. I once ordered food there and left my $ at home. They politely gave me the order for free with a smile. I felt so humble by this act of kindness. Now, I try every time I eat out to go to them.."
