"Eh. 4 people over 100.00 before tip for burgers. Sat down. We got water. No refills offered all meal. Barely saw waitress. Ordered extra sauces to try. They forgot one...had to wave my arms to ask for it. Was then asked which one...I don't know. They aren't labeled and all 3 were white. Husband offered no refill on his beer. Just blah. Daughter thought burger meat was tasteless. Pass"

"I messaged burger Bach privately via social media so I could send them this picture but they never responded. We’ve been going for years but the last two times we’ve ordered it’s been disappointing at best. The most recent time I decided to try the chicken burger, and while I’m aware chicken thighs have a different color than cooked breast meat, this is still not ok. I took a couple bites before realizing the texture just wasn’t right and was horrified by what I saw."

"The food is garbage. Something changed with this restaurant that ruined the food. This restaurant used to have the biggest and juiciest burgers with an overflowing amount of fries. Now, the burgers are small and the patties are sad cookie cutter shaped and obviously frozen. The appetizer menu is now lacking. This place is overly priced now for the fast food quality trash. We ordered oysters and one of them came questionably dry looking. Do not eat here."

"I had 2 very nice meals at Burger Bach. They have so many food options besides burgers. My veal was excellent. The macaroni and cheese was excellent and the portion size was large as well as tasty, so I felt I was getting a good deal. Two weeks later, I returned and had a Southern hamburger. That was an excellent burger, too. Call before you go, to dine in so you can get a table faster."

"I was super excited to try this place but what a disappointment. We had to wait a bit as it was busy but the outside tables weren't cleaned a d this should have been my first clue. It all started with the hostess having to clean an extremely sticky table. She brought over some wipes but it really didn't work too well. We then waited about 10 minutes for the server to arrive. She (AW) took our order. I asked about some potato salad they had listed and asked for a sample. She brought me the sample but nothing to eat it with. I asked her for a fork and she said they were rolling some in the back. I told her I didn't need a rolled setup, just a fork. She walked away and eventually about 15 min later brought me a fork. The food arrived. It clearly had died in the window and wasn't very hot. I asked for utensils once again and received nothing. I finally walked to the bar and the bartender gave me napkins and utensils. The food was less than mediocre at best. You'd probably get a better burger at Chic Fila-A. The fries were just fries and Mac and Cheese tasted like it was from a box. Our server checked on us once during the whole time we were there. The next time I saw her I asked for the check because I didn't know when we might see her next. She really needs to be retrained on her job. Bottom line is I will not be back. In my opinion I wouldn't waste your time stepping foot into this place."
