Reviews
"It took them 10 minutes to take out order and another 20 to serve, even though we were the only customers at this place. They still managed to mess up the order. I asked to eat there and they still made it to go. One guy behind the counter was on his phone constantly, I have a feeling he was the owner. Go there at your own risk"
"Dining room closed, yet very clean and bathrooms were pristine.. we were still allowed to eat in there and most importantly the food was great. Crust was perfect on the pizza pie and great balance of toppings! The chicken parm and the hoagie roll were great as well for that classic pizzeria taste!! Johnny, family, and friends doing a great job!"
"This place has gone downhill, we used to prefer over other pizza places in the area. We decided to eat there after the Woodlake trick or treat, order two orders of mozzarella sticks and two pizzas for dine in.. Took an hour to get the mozzarella sticks, after checking on the pizzas the had them on the oven for takeout. Service and the pizza sucked so bad we will never go back..I wish I could rate below one star. This review is in reference to a 10/27/23 visit."
"I think that the food was fantastic, we had pizza, garlic cheese curds and Philly Cheese Steak. The atmosphere was cool because we're actually a mixed house of Buffalo bills fans and he mixes some Italian background too. I think service could have been just a little bit better but we showed up before dinner so when leaving at about 3:45 he added two more people at the front. In all fairness though, Johnny busted his butt to take our order to get our drinks etc. He assisted to cook our food and deliver it to our table!"
"I could not believe how lackluster the service was. I wish I had checked all the reviews online before stopping by, as the 4 star rating definitely mislead me. I should have turned around when reading the sign out front stating they have no servers. It's no surprise they have no servers. This business is clearly one step away from total failure. It started with the despondent and aloof hostess who rather than greeting us belted out the question "Did you order online?" The second we stepped in the door. I placed my order and looked toward the back of the house where I saw two unkempt men shuffling around working on pickup orders. When I placed an exceptionally simple order for myself, son, and wife, they asked for clarification no less than four times on a very normal and typical order of lasagna, chicken sandwich, cheeseburger, mozzo sticks and drinks. One of the men in the back who seemed like an owner or manager of some kind told us we could find seating in the dining area. It took them forty minutes to bring out the worst salad I've ever seen in my life and pathetic garlic bread they said was for the lasagna. I asked about the mozzo sticks, the girl said she'd check on them and disappeared for seven minutes. I decided to get up and pay for my drinks and leave, they insisted the food was ready and after a few more minutes brought me the single worst meal I've ever had from any Italian restaurant and the not sober seeming owner slurred some sly comment to me as I left, including a chicken sandwich consisting of two frozen chicken strips cobbled together. Pathetic. I would rather eat in a third world hospital than return to this place."
