"I rarely give bad reviews. However the people that I have come into contact with here could use some customer service training. Each time the appeared as if they did not want to be there. The demeanor is rude. I hope the service improves. Id hate to have to continue to drive out of the way when I want good service."

I was the only customer and now I see why Starbucks that is half a block away was backed up with customers and no one was at dunkins."

I tried to talk to the workers here no one have any sense or understanding of their customers. They don’t listen or and get bad because you question their services. They smoke and on phone breaks while taking orders. Don’t wants to refund your money and take bag out of your hand while tell her what was wrong. I call the customer service number and the manger never calls to follow up with the problems I had."
