"Horrible customer service. Walked in and staff was screaming at the customers in the lobby due to long Wait time. I was there over 30 minutes long. Every Staff member is in the kitchen no customer service at the register. when customers began to ask for customer service the manager and male cook began to scream at the lobby. Do not even want to get started with the restaurant itself, safety hazards EVERYWHERE. The wheelchair ramp is destabilized so it cannot bear support. The base boards are falling off and there are pieces on the floor so as you wait in the extra long lines you’re standing in debris. The condiments stations is non existent, napkins are provided as one big restroom paper towel roll for the patrons to tear a piece off. This entire place is grotesque unprofessional and a public health violation. Covid is over please bring quality customer service and establishments back !"

"The fries had a weird taste/seasoning (kind of sweet) and the tenders were EXTREMELY salty to the point I couldn’t even finish one. What a waste of money."

"The food is good and fries have an unusual seasoning. But that person today at the front counter should not be on anyone's front counter. She should be emptying the trash or something. I called in a 6 piece combo with lemon pepper and lemon herb mix. She took my order and priced it at $13 and some change. When I got there after asking my name, the food wasn't ready, and while paying, I noticed a sheet on the was to her left that had a 5 piece for $8.99. I asked, "How come you didn't tell me about this? She said it's over. I didn't ask her this. Then she said at 3:00. I checked my phone and I called at 2:25. I said I called at 2:25. She then started babbling about most call-in customers ask for specials. I asked how was I supposed to know, is it on your website? She said she didn't know. Now readers, you know good customer service always offer info to help customers. McDonald's, everyone does this. She was rude and everything. Talking over me when I asked her about their website."

"The food has turned to be absolutely disgusting. I’m not sure if there is new management but I order from this wing stop all the time. The last few times the chicken has been dry, old tasting. Veggies dry and weird aftertaste. They used to be freshly washed and crunchy. I’ve given many chances but This is my last time I will not keep wasting my money on poor quality"

"The wings here was so fresh. I got my wings but it was wrong, I wanted all flats. They remade my order and it was so good. The Cajun fries are good but I’d like to try the regular ones next time since I heard those are sweet. I got the Cajun wings and the hot honey. I’ll get the hot honey again, I’ll pass on the Cajun, too salty. Wingstop cook their wings to the perfect temperature, the wings are already crispy. The ranch is so good but not worth $1.79. That’s insane."
