"It was ok. There were a couple of good sale items but the staff was lacking. There was only 1 customer service counter open and the return checkout was open. The lines were terrible. Instead of opening a register one of the staff was too busy worried about me looking at clothes. I was looking at things and as I am looking she is yanking clothes to fold them. Then tossing others where I am looking. I had to leave and come back because of her attitude. They wonder why people drive away from home to shop at other malls..."

"This JC Penny has gone down big time. The floors are nasty, a LOT of shelves are empty and good luck finding an employee for help. This store has gone down hill so bad. Don't get me wrong, I love Jc Penny, but won't be shopping at this store until things change. I think I will take my business to a different Penny."

"ANY GIVEN DAY you'll be on a search to find a cashier open. You'll see PLENTY workers walking around acting like they're actually doing something but pay attention cuz they're mostly just hanging out with fellow employees and talking. By far the WORST customer service I have ever seen. And as much as I support big stores and love shopping at malls, if this place were to close for good, I wouldn't be surprised nor would I mind.. TERRIBLE and POOR management!"

"Wheres the sales?? $45 for one shirt is not a sale. Definitely not how it use to be. You only see percentages off items anymore that ends up being like a buck or two off. Also not a big selection throughout the store. Disappointing"

"I went to take family photos. I had an appointment for 12:30 but had to wait, this time 2 hours and 5 min for a less than 30-minute section. I had stopped going there because of the same issue, but I thought I would give them another chance. The staff was nice, but management doesn't seem to understand that family (with more than 2 people) may take more than 30 minutes to complete a photo shoot. Customers should not suffer or should have to push back their plan to accommodate your bad management skills. Be the first family or the very last; either way, YOU WILL WAIT TO DO PHOTOS!!!!"
