"I went during Black Friday sale and the lady who was in the counter was very rude to me and my grandma. We were only asking her a question about the old navy card and she started getting mad at us for not understanding what was she was talking about. Definitely not coming back!"

"I was notified of the 50% off sale from a friend and decided to go. The store doesn’t have shopping carts and that makes it harder for a mom with 2 under 2 (yes I could drag the stroller out but that’s heavy and takes up a lot of space). From the moment I entered the store every single employee either asked me if I needed any help, offered me a way to get around the store with the children, or assisted me when I needed help finding items. If that wasn’t kind enough when I got to the register my cashier saw I was struggling and asked someone to help me with my bag out to the car. Without hesitation they agreed. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience and all of your kindness. It was truly appreciated."

"Arrived at 5:15 on 01/27. 5 employees standing in the middle talking, staring at me as I made it to the men’s section. Another associate walks behind me from the fitting room. 6 employees total at an empty store and not a single one said hi or offered me help. Because I don’t feel like I “belong” here, I took a pause and walked right out of the door. It’s a shame what retail has become recently."

"Quite upset. My grandson has wanted to join the military for many years so he had me hop in the passenger seat and go to sign up. Now I didn’t know where he was driving to I just knew I was having fun looking at the sights. When he rolls up to this location I’m a bit confused, maybe we’re going shopping before his enrollment. He walks in this store and tears flood from his eyes. I had to explain to him that this is a clothing store not the place to sign up for the navy. We left sad but this was his lesson learned."
