Marco's Pizza

"This location is not very professional. I received coupons in the mail only for them to tell me I couldn’t use them. Tried to call and place an order and the woman who answered the phone seemed like she didn’t like her job at all and was distracted (must of been the loud inappropriate music in the background). When I finally told her what I wanted to order she told me that what I see online is not what I can order over the phone or in store. Super misleading! What’s the point of sending coupons and advertising a deal when you can’t even order it the way the coupon/deal says? I won’t be ordering from this location and probably won’t be ordering from Marcos ever again."

"This is maybe my third time going into this location and every time I go in there’s 2-4 individuals behind the counter playing. Today I walk in and there for individuals behind the counter. One stage gave a uniform on, so I’m not even sure if he worked there or not because soon as I came in and waited to be greeted he walked from behind the counter and left. The other three Indians looked at me as if I was suppose to greet them and hand them their pizza order. The service just isn’t up to par at this location. Also, I’ve had to recut my pizza after I receive it because it’s barely cut into slices. If you’re looking to just get your pizza and get out, that’s certainly what you’ll get. Unlike the Short pump location or the VCC location where they greet you, smile, and provide excellent customer service."

"Marcos never disappoints me, regardless if I do pick up or delivery, my food is always freshly made, always hot and tastes good. Every staff I have encountered always has being friendly."

"We frequent Marco's delivery and normally have a positive experience. We have bumped into issues along the way, which are going to be unavoidable and have remained patrons. The pizza we received day before yesterday was worse than cardboard. It was drowning in grease (you can see your reflection in a puddle in one of the pictures) I have attached pictures. I am very disappointed. What a negative experience."
