"The staff here are GREAT! Jaylin was very kind, friendly, and personable at the register. I observed when I came in him being very patient and helpful with a customer on the phone. He explained and re-explained and explained again how the customer could fix their error with superb patience, which is very commendable. Bri was also very nice and friendly in making sure my order was correct. Another young lady I observed there was also very while working the drive thru. I was there around 1-130p today. I'm at Starbucks locations frequently, and this is by far the BEST experience I've had, and these employees should know that and be acknowledged! Thank you"
