Taco Bell

"Ordered meal on the app, took about 7 minutes to get to the store and still had to wait over 10 minutes. There was also 1 person ahead of me who had to wait over 15 minutes for 3 tacos. Tables and front counter looked like they were wiped with dirty rags. Watched the person making some of the food and she was slower than molasses. Took her nearly 2 minutes to make a single bean burrito. Ordered 1 soft taco, Mexican pizza, and a beefy 5 layer burrito, no sauce packets, with a large drink and cinnamon twists. When my order was finally up, they put it on the pick up shelf and didn't call it out or give me a cup. Also had over a dozen assorted sauce packets that I didn't want or need. Had to spend a couple more minutes trying to get my cup. Soft taco had gross tortilla, twists were hard as rocks. Terrible experience. Update 1/3/2024: went to get a couple burritos from the drive thru almost midnight. Used the app to order, got to the speaker and gave my name. Wait a couple minutes behind one other car, then get to the window and wait a little under 2 minutes and they hand me my food. Burritos were hot, tasty and made correctly with the small customizations I made. Was pleasantly surprised at how different this experience was from every single time I have been there before. Keeping the score the same for now but may change it, if next time is good too."

"The cashier was rude and kept cutting me off before I could even finish my order. Very unprofessional. If you’re in such a hurry and can’t talk to people, you probably shouldn’t be working in food service. I get that you hate your job, but don’t take it out on customers."

"Sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. Couldn't move forward Couldn't backup. Finally was able to get free and leave. Was told by employee that there was a 45 minute wait inside the restaurant. Learned a lesson. Will never return"

"Don't bother with this Taco Bell. They are understaffed. Why have I been waiting over 15 mins for my breakfast?? Something about eggs? I am late for work and I already paid so I don't wanna just not get my food. The front door is lock so i can't even use the restroom. F this Taco bell."

"Servers weren't friendly at all. The tablet to order the food was confusing but challenging for the non geeks. Food was much better compared to the Taco Bell at Dallas International Airport, which gave us the run for the money The new look of the restaurant was awesome. Great prices compared to other restaurants."
