Domino's Pizza

"We have been ordering from this location for four years, always tipped well or over. For four. Years. Food has always been amazing. The last time we ordered, the employee delivers our pizza 2 hours after we order it - cold - which is fine we understand there were other deliveries, no big deal. Today we go to order and now it says that our address is no longer available for delivery? Interesting, considering it has been for the last I don’t even know how long. And we aren’t the only people who would order on our street either. I’m curious what the service area (yeah we aren’t new to this rodeo, and I really hope your manager reads this) is since we are less than 7 minutes away and we watched the delivery driver on the app go way farther than 10 minutes in the opposite direction into what the employee referred to as a “nicer area”. Anyways - that’s okay, we see you didn’t want to do your job and you don’t want our money. ✌️"

"Woman who answered phone was incredibly rude and short with me. I explained I was confused about why it said my order was delivered like ten minutes ago (I watched the tracker show it at my location) when there’s no pizza in sight (contactless order). Perhaps I made a gamble choosing contactless but customer service sucked"

"WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. We placed an order at this location and when we arrived we were told that it was "sent to the other Hull Street location" despite our order receipt showing this location. Upon arriving at the other location to check the staff there told us this location takes the pizzas for themselves and sends customers to the other location. Upon arriving back to this location, unfortunately that was what happened. They stole $50 worth of food from us, and looking at the other reviews, it seems like we aren't the first they've done this to. Beware."

"I waited 2 hours for my delivery and I was 1.8 miles away from the store. Good thing is I was waiting on other food to finish. Definitely don’t order from here altogether. Pizza was dry, barely had red sauce."

"I ordered a pizza for delivery online from this locations and not only did I not get my pizza but they took my money and still have not refunded it. I called the store multiple times and even emailed corporate customer service and no one has been of help. It’s been 2 weeks almost 3 weeks since this happened. Basically they robbed me of 30 dollars and will not give me my money back. I’d avoid all dominos at this point if this is how they are going to treat their customers. Not only that but I will not rest until I let everyone know just how terrible dominos is."
