Chick-Fil-A 671 North Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22203

"The store is truly horrible. The employees are rude, they screw up your order, almost every single time, and there are hardly any tables to sit at. I went with my toddler, and there were some construction workers sitting at the table next to us using the F word and cursing nonstop. We finally had to get up and leave. At that same visit they gave my toddler french fries instead of macaroni and cheese, and when I went to tell them, they demanded I show a receipt and tried to act as if I were lying. They also charge a fortune to deliver at this location. I do not recommend it. Definitely not what you expect of Chick-fil-A. Last time I ordered delivery they quite literally sent us potato chips instead of french fries and we were missing three things from our order. I had to call them and it was forever to get them to put points back on my account so that I could re-order and then I had to pay to have it delivered again. Can you call the store to tell them and you get hung up on half of the time. This location should shut down."

"It’s crazy out here! I saw a large crowd in a queue to order and I started wondering; why, what is in the meals, why Chick-fil-a, and why here. This is a mall. I went in for an order, I think I did not regret it. The last time I saw people queue up to order food was back home in Nigeria, this is crazy! The taste and feel here is terrific."

"Worst outlet of Chick Fil A I ever visited. We went for dine in and ordered two meal with Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. Within few seconds they delivered the food to our table. When I touched the sandwich it was cold and when I touched the cheeks it was sooo cold. I asked one employee and told her about that she took that and returned after 15 minutes later and that time the sandwich was not eatable. It looked old and the buns tasted expired. I’m not going to visit this location any more. Very upsetting."
